How to use:

The adjustable dumbbell set has a weight range from 2.5 kg to 24 kg .

To select the desired weight, both adjustment knobs should be rotated so that the desired weight is aligned with the middle arrow. Then simply pull the handle up, and it will contain the weight selected with the adjustment knobs (suport).

Please note that 2.5 kg is the weight of the handle, without any weight plate attached.

The weight bar and the weight plates are symmetrical, so you can insert the handle with both ends facing the user, as long as the same weight is selected on both ends.
